This is a time like no other we have experienced in our lifetimes. At Transit Scenic Tours, as always, we value your group's safety, health and wellbeing above all else and as such, we are providing the following COVID 19 safety plan to ensure your peace of mind at every step of your journey

Safety Plan COVID-19

While the NSW Government has indicated that private buses and charter services are not subject to travel restrictions under current COVID-19 regulations, Transit Scenic Tours takes the potential risk very seriously and wishes to assure all of our valued clients of our commitment to minimising this risk on our coaches/buses.

Buses

• All vehicles will be thoroughly disinfected after each charter.

• Seatbelts will remain attached to ensure each seat has been cleaned after usage

Bus Drivers Health

• All staff have been informed to remain at home if they have any flu like symptoms.

• Drivers have a dedicated COVID-19 hotline number to call if they present with symptoms.

• Bus Drivers Health and Safety Each driver will have their temperature taken and logged before leaving bus depot.

Bus Drivers Health & Safety

• Each driver remains in the bus and will not enter grounds or venues.

• All drivers to wear face masks and use hand sanitiser for the protection of themselves and others.

Transport Buses Physical Distancing

• We encourage all passengers to continue physical distancing on our buses.

• We will endeavour to provide more allocation for passengers on buses where possible. However in line with advice from Transport NSW and NSW Health, physical distance between passengers is not required on private buses.

Bus Drivers Acknowledgement from Visitors

• Driver to sign “External Visitors to School Site Form” for each charter if required by the client.

Transit Scenic Tours is obligated to change this COVID Risk Assessment Plan at any time under the Government Regulations and will inform schools immediately if changes are required.
